Burgess will not replace the plants that died

The order costing $360.16 arrived approximately 3 months after placing order. We planted all the flowers and plants. To our dismay more than half of the order died. Trying to get reimbursed or get new plants is almost impossible. They want the original plastic bags that they came in. Which had to be cut open. Untinotnothing grows who would think to save old plastic User's recommendation: Buy local. Burgess is not an honorable company. Maybe even thieves!!!
