after being homebound for a year we go out to eat a burger...we try jack in the boxin festus, missouri.. we had to order 2 or 3 times we finally got the person to understand we wanted 2 combo meal and 7 combo meal and he asked what we wanted on our #10...we didn't order #10.ok when we got our #2 it was supposed to have lett., tom., xtra onion., no cheese he said ok...we got #2 with cheese ., bacon., and plenty of butter...I WANTED TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE I DON'T EAT CHEESE I TOOK ABOUT 3 OR 4 BITES AND COULDN'T EAT ANYMORE. IT WAS VERY BAD I COULDN'T EAT IT THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED VERY SLOPPY WE ONLY SAW 2 BUT THEY NEEDED TRAINI NG ON HOW TO DRESS FOR A JOB..IT MIGHT BE ANOTHER YEAR BEFORE WE COME BACK...AND WE WILL COMPLAIN TO PEOPLE WHEN WE GET A CHANCE... WE WERE THERE ABOUT 5:00-5:30 ON WEDNESDAY 3/24/21...NO RECIEPT
