ConairMan Person Grooming System purchased at Ross Stores 9/5/2020. Pulled out of the box, tried to trip whiskers and a serrated steak knife would have been sharper. Got Amber on the phone from Conair, her boss told me to take it back to Ross. Said no. She offered return label and a warehouse replacement. Said yes. Amber was great. We shall see how that works out. User's recommendation: Dont buy things like that at Ross.
