My family and I checked in on July 3-5 Trip # [protected]. Country Inn and Suites, 2270 North Germantown, Cordova, TN. We could not stay because the rooms had an odor, and bed bugs were located in the rooms. We took pictures management refuses to acknowledge them and cancel the room but refuse to give a refund. I am respectfully requesting my $702.60. Those rooms with not suitable for staying. I am a senior citizen; please return my money. So disappointed, Reather Anderson, [protected]@msstate. edu
