Bug in bed and food not hot

Inform front desk that a bug was in bed and would like bed change , mark sheet with mascara, came back three hours later and the housekeeper remade the bed with the same sheets . Management was notified, it was addressed , but had I not marked the sheet I would have slept on the same sheets. I wrote a review to the owner about how when you get your food it is warm and not hot unless your get premium services and his /her response was basically sorry you feel that way but that is just your opinion. User's recommendation: Be prepared to spend Xtra money at a all inclusive.
