I reserved a truck from Budget Truck Rental, when I arrived, about an hour later, they told me that they did not have a truck available, even though there were several trucks sitting on the lot, visible from where I was standing. The clerk didn't even log my arrival, even after putting my info in the system to pull up my reservation. Three days later, I'm charged $75 for no show. If you can not fill my order, as promised, then you do not get to take my money! User's recommendation: Do not go to the Lavista road location in Tucker, Ga! You will regret it if you do! They are lazy.
