Buck’s in Walnut Creek too busy

Take care in working with Buck's Heating in Walnut Creek. I tried to order a part for my stove from them. After a month had passed, the following excuses were given for not getting the needed part: 1) We're too busy and understaffed 2) It's too difficult working with the supplier 3) The vendor has too many questions about the stove we can't answer 4) The final excuse was that they can't get the part because they are no longer or wish to be a representative for Archgard (the vendor). I only wish they told me excuse #4 when I went in the first time.
