BTR SUCKS…..HORRIBLE…

Never will I order from beyond the rack again. I placed two orders in June for my daughter and it is August. Customer service is the worse. They don't have a clue where the orders are, never reply emails, never pick up their phone and the live chat is the worst. They don't give email updates on your order, instead they treat their customers with complete disrespect and inconsideration. When you finally get them over the phone the customer representative sounds tired, frustrated with the job and chewing/burping loudly. Complete lack of respect. If I get pass this in the next 1 months (3months after I placed the order) I will be amazed considering other peoples comments.
