I own and have been pleased with my Workforce Pro WF3720 until I downloaded a firmware update today that apparently had only one function and that was to disallow the use of third party ink cartridges, immediately after download the printer identified the third party cartridges installed and the printer will not function until your severely overpriced cartridges are installed. It's unlikely I will buy Epson again! > User's recommendation: If you use third party carteidges don't download firmware updates!!
