Have desjardins through my work and have had to twice file for short term disability through them due to surgery and health issues. The first time,i had to go to the ombudsman's office just to get my adjuster to return my call.I finally received payment almost 3 months after returning to work.The second time,same adjuster buried me in so many requests that id be in my doctor's office for the next year.
