I just purchased your hot pursuit toy from a private seller (Brand New In Box) After receiving it yesterday i had noticed the blue cover kept sticking up on one side. After further investigation, The small wire that keeps the cover weighted was completely broke in half. I assumed it came unclasped so i tried pushing it back up against the other one but to my knowledge it was broke not clamped. I ended up taking the wire out of cover, so my cats didn't injure their selves on the cover while playing and realized the cover can not be used without wire as the wand gets tangled in the cover as it spins around. I'm unable to return since i tried fixing the problem myself, and now I'm stuck with a toy my cats won't engage with since the cover isn't on it. How do i go about getting another one?
