We purchased a new patio dining set from Lowes and upon opening it discovered that one of the chairs had a broken weave on the back wicker part of the chair. The set purchased was the Allen and Roth Everett manor. With past experience having wicker furniture if the weave is broken then it will only continue to get worse. Being this came out of the box broken we would like a replacement for the back of chair. It is on one of the 4 legged chairs not on the swivel chair. Reference number if case is 329****.
