I have now had 3 Sharks in 6 years. Spend $359 each - so about $1,000. The latest fiasco is the vacuum will not SUCK anything up!!! The engine over heated and died. they sent me a new engine. it is still not sucking!!! I took the machine apart and cleaned it out completely!!! (i mean completely) and even bought and installed new filters (there are 3). put it back together and IT STILL WILL NOT SUCK UP ANYTHING!!!! Now they want me to video what the machine is doing and send it to them, so they can diagnose the problem. REALLY? As if 4 hours, on 2 different days, cleaning the machine and on the phone was not enough - either send me a new vacuum or refund my last $359!!!! SOOOOOOOO DONE with this company. User's recommendation: SHARK / NINJA SUCKS - DONT BUY.
