Broken trash can,rude service

I an complaining about a driver situation that occured on Wednesday aory 28, 2021. The driver ran over my trash can, broke wheel, and left it in the curbside. The can us dented can't be used. I complained to the cityif Brownsville Texas and was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to replace. I was to told to contact republic's supervisor, hector Rodriguez but his Secretary refused to let me speak to him, her bane us Jessica Campos was very rude, said there was nothing but wait for new trash can. What type of service is this! Refusing me to talk to supervisor, I need the trash can asap. Also, driver needs to be checked for his driving, . He almost wrecked a car parked on curb in front of house. He was driving very wreck less. Your company needs to provide better customer service to your customers. Amelia Garcia
