Flight # DL 5855 Tuesday, August 17, 2021 New York (LGA) to Chicago (ORD) My seat # 12A was broken, and would not lift from the reclining position, even after the elderly flight attendant continually tried to force it up. The flight was full and there was nowhere else for me to go. As I have an aversion to reclining during a flight because it makes me very queasy. Because of this, I was forced to sit up in my reclined seat for the entire flight, without back support. This was very unpleasant. I asked the flight attendant to address this in the flight log, and told both flight attendants that I would also alert Delta about this situation. I am requesting to be compensated in some tangible way for this very awkward and disturbing experience. My many thanks. David Arthur
