Broken Samsung Refrigerator

I purchased a 21 inch Samsung French door Fridge about 2 years ago Since then it has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. Frozen BINS water building up in the refrigerator, calling calling calling about this! The first time we saw this we defrosted it and cleaned the buckets of frozen water out! Literally... it took us hrs and hrs to get alll the water out!!! After many Service calls and rotten food... I finally Tracked down a Very Nice Manager Lenny in Staten Island... He’s trying to get me an Exchange Hoping for the best... Keep you posted (2018)
