We purchased a couch recliner three years ago and the pill cable just broke. After being on hold for 52 minutes waiting to talk to a service technician I was told it was covered under warranty but there would be a 14 dollar handling fee to send my part to me. I was also told I could not pick it up in person. I informed them that I would be happy to pay the actual shipping charges for this 6 ounce part but I refused to pay them for processing. I was told it was a set fee and could not be negotiated. No thanks lazy boy will never get another penny from me User's recommendation: Do not waste your money with this company.
