Broken Recliner Replacement

Husband purchased a leather recliner. Purchased insurance for damages. Insurance company has given store authorization to replace chair. But store keeps giving me the run around (put me on hold for 1 hour or leave a message and no one calls back). He has been without a recliner for 6 months. He has health issues and the recliner. User's recommendation: Do no purchase from the Summer Ave. store very poor service.

I could not pass by. Our electric recliner also broke down and it was not repaired, in the store they said that it was discontinued and they could not help us. This is a poor service. The bad news is that it broke in just a couple of months. I do not recommend this store.
