Broken POWER key

After about 6 months of buying the Toaster-Oven with a keypad pannel the Power key stopped turning ON for any of the multiple functions. Oster phone Customer Service and the Chat option on the website are not answering because of the pandemic. Finding the Customer Service e-mail address at their website is not obvious. Once getting my e-mail through,describing the problem, it took several days to get a response that requested taking a picture of a set of letters and numbers on one of the prongs of the power plug. What an absurd to place important information that is barely visible and quite difficult to Photograph. Once I sent the picture they responded inmediately and a new unit is being sent at no cost. User's recommendation: I had the earlier version of the Oster Toaster-Oven that worked perfectly well for many years until the spring that closes the oven door broke.
