1.7 years in and my pool pump is broken. Pentair says, too bad, your warranty just expired. They clearly don't stand by their products and ok with them breaking so soon into ownership. I could see if I wasn't taking care of the pump but I have went above and beyond making sure it lasts such as raising it off the ground, motor cover, routinely cleaning filter and debris basket and keeping pool chemicals balanced.
