Broken out of box. Cant return to store.

Tag on it says dont return to store. I didn't notice when I bought it. Took it out of the box. And one of the plastic peices is broke in half. Now I'm playing the game with the company trying to get a refund or replacment or anything. User's recommendation: Good luck. Maybe I just bought a lemon.
