I received my ornament today. There was no padding in the box, the ornament was not in its bag but just rattling around in a box. It is a John Deere tractor ornament and the wheel was broken off. I ordered through Amazon. I don't know what else you want me to say. This pretty much covers it. There was one ornament in a 4x4x3 box with no padding to protect it from being tossed around. It appears it was never in a sealed bag because the bag was also in the box but not on the tractor. Order number was 1905038 and there was no packed by person.
