Broken lightsaber

Its a long story but basically I have bought a darth revan lightsaber at thinkgeek in San Antonio tx and I live in mission tx a four hr drive I had asked the employee before I had bought it what the return policy of the toy and he said that as long as you have the receipt you should be able to return it if you dont want it or its messed up so I bought it but I went to return on the last day of the return I couldnt because apparently it was a finale sale they didnt me that over there if they did I wouldnt have bought it but I had ask twice about it before and after I bought it and the manger here where I lived tried to help me because they lied to me and didnt tell me it was a finale sale and he told me its weird because he has returned those many times but he doesnt know why it wouldnt let him so I have a messed up lightsaber and cant do anything with it so Ive been trying to contact costumer service but it goes straight to voice mail and they also lied about being able to return it to any game stop the manger said I should try game stop also I went and they guy said they dont returns and that kind of stuff so I dont know what to do.
