Broke my appliances and still waiting for one year to return money and replace my appliances!

Xpert Appliance of Chicago was called December of 2010 to repair a downdraft vent and a gas cooktop range. A technician came out that same day, took my down payment check and stated he would return in 2 weeks to complete repair. Waited all Spring, Summer and various people came out to "fix" the appliances. One guy was hacking my stainless steel cook top and ruined the finish. I must have called 45 times wondering when they were coming back. Found out they weren't going to fix it! Nice! Was told they were not going to charge me the balance since I waited so long, then technician finally came in August (9 months from original call)and he said he would charge me additional money. I related that I was told by the boss there would be no charge, I went to call the office and the "technician" walked out of the house. I would never, ever, use this appliance repair service. Now I can see why they only take checks - I am sure people kept charging back the credit cards.
