I have not been able to use my bring a friend pass with my companion. Very embarassing when we both turn up at the gym at 5:30 am and pin not working. We were spoken to like we were stupid and that we didnt know it was against the rules to both enter at the same time!! Of course I know this but wat do I do?? There is no staff there at that time. Should I leave my friend outside at 5:30am in the morning?? One pass I tried to cancel and it wouldnt let me so essentially I have lost two bring a friend passes this month. I was threatened with having my membership revoked although I approached the manager myself to highlight the problem on the day. That is when the staff finally arrived. This system is not great if the passes dont work during unsociable hours. User's recommendation: None just fix it!
