Please add my name everything said on these complaints I experience the same. In April 2020 I eas to bring my account up to date I was paying what I could each month having Covid19 and my Stimulus check was stolen. I advised BridgeCrest of this and advised them of the letter and documents to prove they had my check under investigation and it would take up to 3 months plus I may a payment up thru May and my auto was repoed . I am a Cancer survivor and this company does prey on people with not so good credit. But for them to repoed my car and my history of several car repairs having to pay for .
