I had breast augmentation surgery in California in August 2014. My breast were exactly what I wanted, cleavage. Unfortunately my left breast got infected and opened up. I let it heal on its own and had a great deal of breast tissue lose in the left breast. I waited a year after the breast healed and was recommended to Dr. Scott Spear in Maryland for a repair. On my first visit, I informed Dr. Spear that I had lost a lot of breast tissue in the left breast. He replied, no you didn't and ordered his implant sizes. I had Sinatra breast implants and assumed he would use the same, he never showed me any implants or even the type he planned to use. He asked me what was at the top of my wish list and I said cleavage. The first surgery was a nightmare. My breast were so far apart. He did not put the implant to fill in the center of the pocket to give me cleavage, I went in for a second surgery, again the implants were not placed all the way into the center of the pocket that was made. I was really unhappy. He then suggested another surgery which he was going to charge me again for. I do not feel comfortable allowing Dr. Spear to do a third surgery on me and pay for his mistakes. I want my money returned for the botched work he put me through twice. I requested my money back but he will not return it to me. Is there any way that you can get my money back so that I may have my breasts corrected? I refuse to look like this. Please help me as the Doctor is uncooperative and only wants to charge me more money for a mistake he made twice.
