PURCHASED A FRIG FROM BRANDSMART WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY 2018. THEY TRIED TO FIX THE FRIG 4 TIMES (WARREN TECH, ICE MAKER $3,000.00 REFRIGERATOR CHEF COLLECTION). NOT EVEN 30 DAYS LATER FRIG STOP WORKING. WE HAD THE SAME TECH 3 TIMES, HE STATED THE ICE MAKER CAN NOT BE FIXED, IT WAS NOT NOTED IN HIS RECORDS OF REPAIRS. SENT A DIFFERENT TECH THE 4TH TIME ICE MAKER STILL NOT FUNCTIONAL. CALLED BACK FOR A 5TH REPAIR, REP GAVE MY HUSBAND AND HARD TIME TRANSFER AROUND AND AROUND ON THE PHONE. NOT EVEN 30 DAYS LATER.DUE TO THE PANDEMIC WE WAITED, FRIG STOP MAKING ICE 3 WEEKS LATER. CALLED FOR A 5TH REPAIR, STATED THAT THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. I WAS SURE I HAD WARRANTY ON THE FRIG. I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AT TIME OF PURCHASE. BRANDSMART STATED THAT THE WARRANTY WILL NOT KICK IN UNTIL AFTER THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY RUNS OUT. I WAS TOLD BY THE STORE MANAGER WHEN WE WENT TO THE STORE 7/8/20 TO GET HELP WITH THE PROBLEM, HE STATED THAT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY STARTS THE SAME TIME THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. WHY BRANDSTMART TELL CUSTOMERS LIES AND AFTER YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY HAVE NO USE FOR YOU. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND MY FAMILY. PLEASE HELP. JUST WANT THE ICE MAKER TO WORK/FIX. THE MAPPS FAMILY User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
