COMPLAINT ABOUT DELIVERY

TERRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE 1. When we bought the bed we were explicit that on Tuesday there could be NO DELIVERY BETWEEN 1:30 and 3 pm. Worst customer service!! I ordered almost 4,000 worth of bedding and furniture. Sit n Sleep was to come late but never arrived AT ALL and then hung up on us when we called to inquire!!! Unprofessional

Unprofessional! They scheduled a my shipment for today for two new beds and mattresses and NEVER SHOWED UP. We called because we waited all day. Worst mattress EVER!

Bought a Cal King. Almost the firmest mattress they had. Started sagging on both mine and my husband’s sides within 3 months. They said it was because my husband was large. Well what about my side?!
