I sent a box through dpd ,was told that I did not have to fill in a customs form, now it's held up at customs because it seems that I do. The same thing happened last time I sent a parcel and I made sure that it wasn't going to happen again, so now my box is stuck at customs. When I did complete the customs form they said that it was handwritten and had to be digitised. I understood that when I sent the form to you , that you would digitise it before sending it on, seems not. I will be claiming back my postage as I paid e tra to have it delivered quickly, some hope! User's recommendation: Get it in writing before you pay whether you need to fill in customs form.
