Purchased phone online from Cricket wireless, after the 7-day return policy the phone ear speaker went bad, can not hear anything but garble and crackle sounds when calling or receiving calls, gave to put my phone on speaker now. The Phone is an LG stylo 6. Talked to customer service and the warranty dept, they basically said oh well. They gave me Lg's number to call to see if I can do something through the company who makes the darn phone. Not a happy customer. User's recommendation: Beware of buying phone from Cricket does not stand behind products they sell, once the seven days is up.
