Bought a drill for my husband

I was shopping the household appliances and electronics section and found a drill that my husband could not find at the local store. Turned out the drill was not the one he wanted and I was going to return it. After submitting the return request and being assured by the service specialist that I will had me money back in a week, I was waiting for the duration of 3 months to get it. May be it was due to the pandemic restrictions on bank operations, but the wait was just too long.

Had to pay for shipping when returning the broken table. And two weeks of letters to the custom support. It might be better to look for another store. Better to pay a little more, but be sure of the quality.
