Bought a 3 Full Service Oil Change and the location refused to entertain the voucher

bought a 3 Full Service Oil Change from Dealfind for the location GOODYEAR TRINITY AUTO and TIRE CENTRE 2191 DUNDAS STREET EAST MISSISSAUGA L4X 1M3. after redeeming the voucher online, called the location to book a service date. the owner was so rude and literally gave an impression that he does not want to entertain the voucher. he came up with so many conditions that it almost made things impossible for me. Appointment cant be over the weekend. cant be in the lunch hours or after 4PM and cant be first thing in the morning. when asked, the website does not mention anything like this, anywhere, the guy was rude enough to say, that it was his location and he has the liberty of having his own rules imposed. tried to talk to him with a soft voice but it was clearly evident that the guy didnt wanted to entertain. called Dealfind to ask for refund, and dealfind refused to do so as the voucher was already redeemed online, and it has been more than 10 days. Dealfind says to sort it out with the location. Location owner says, its not his problem if Dealfind did not mention his conditions. on a whole, nobody wants to take the responsibility and i loose my money and spoil my 2 days after having heated conversations with the 2 parties.
