Botsmall rips customers off

I was deaing with a company called botsmallbotsmall deals in game services for online games. Website: http://www.botsmall.comEmail: paymentsglobal@***.botsmall.com The only way that I know of to contact "Botsmall USA" is via thier website they don't seem to accept phone calls for Botsmall USA. Please note that the part about the CEO is because I postedthis on their forum as well asking that this be escalatedto their highest level. Update: looks like they removed the post I made on thier forumsbecause They have an unhappy customer and they don't wantpeople to hear about this incident! Oh and FYI I had purchased at least 5 - 6 cards prior to all this happening with no problems. James just hasit out for me. I am warning you now that the guy that runs Botsmall USA is areal idiot. I will explain why I say that Botsmall USA distributer isan individual by the name of James McKee. AKA CodeRed James is just some immature little kid obviously whohas the maturity of about a 10 year old. Twice now James has just up and canceled bot cardsthat I have purchased. The first time I asked for compensation for the problem thatwas occurring for the problem with the "auto train" buttonremaining greyed out. I am sure everyone is quite awareof this That was happening yesterday to a lot of people. So I was not able to login and asked for some compensationfor time on my bot cards since I was not able to logindue to this error. Which turns out to be that there is anintermittent routing issue with routes going into Chinawhere they host the servers. The servers in china don'thave very good routes because of some of the equipmentis out in China due to the earthquakes. So routes up tochina are ok but once you get into china it is dicey. This information will become important later on in thestory. So anyways yesterday June 6 I get a phone call from Jamessaying that I canceled your cards, he called up yelling andscreaming at me and infact hung up on me once then calledback about 10 minutes later. At NO time have I asked formy ISROBOT cards to be canceled all I asked for was timecompensation on my cards for this error. Obviously Jamesdidn't like people asking for compensation and insteadvindictively canceled my cards instead. So I talked to him on the phone for quite a while on June 6 2008and he said oh that if I wanted cards that I could reorder the cardsagain. I thought we had everything straightened out.He even promised me one free bot card for my troubles, whichI NEVER GOT! So there was a ticket open about the routing issueTicket ID:XMT-939325 which CodeRed AKA Jameskept closing off because he felt like it. The routing issue FYI is not fixed and the ticket shouldn'tbe closed if the problem is not fixed. So I was playing the gameand I thought everything was fine. I went to check my emailand I got this email. We are sorry it has come to this, but have come to an agreement to end our business relationship with yourself for now on. Due to the risk of yourself filing a dispute with Paypal we have issued a refund once again for you. The Game Card that were purchased Paypal will be cancelled and ask you do not purchase cards from Bot Networks (dba Botsmall USA) in the future. Nice that simply because you reopen a ticketregarding a network issue to their server in chinaWhich by the way is what is causing the issue withthe auto train button to remain grayed out becauseit is not getting a connection to their servers in China. Simply because of this he just canceled my cards andagain maliciously canceled my cards and now haslocked my payment account so I can not getany more cards. Bottom line is James McKee has the maturity of abouta 10 year old and just because some one was disagreeingwith him over the ticket he maliciously canceled my botcards for no good reason. Right now I demand to speak with the CEO or vice presidentof Bots Mall Global and this matter needs to be immediatelystraightened out. This guy has NO RIGHT to do this he has NO RIGHT to justup and cancel my cards with out my permission this ishorrible customer service and I demand to now speakto either the CEO or Vice President of Botsmall Global And that if James McKee does not immediately reinstatemy account again and ceases immediately from cancelingmy cards that I purchase that he be removed from hisposition at as the agent for Botsmall USA and thatyou find a new individual to take over this position. Overall I would not order any cards though BotsmallUSA as you can see the individual right now responsiblefor botsmall USA is very abusive and rude and ignorantand has absolutely no customer service skills whatso ever. This complaint needs to be immediately esclatedto the Botsmall Global Vice President or CEO. Also to make matters worse in this case they also stole84 additional credits that I had on my account above and beyond the two bot cards that I had on my account.I had and additional 84 credits and they were stolen from my account when they canceled my account and I wasnever given any kind of refund for the additional 84 credits. Bottom line is Botsmall are THIEVES and have absolutely no business morals what so ever. Do not deal with thiscompany they rip people off!
