boston to new haven bus

I took an evening bus from Boston to New Haven yesterday (26th September). The bus was 45 minutes late arriving in New Haven. The on board power stopped working not long into the journey, which I was intending on relying on as it was an advertized feature. The overhead reading lights were also not working, and the WiFi did not seem to be working reliably. Coupled with a smell of urine all the way down the bus, this was the most unpleasant bus journey I've ever taken.
