I booked a flight for 2 people( including myself) 2 days ago. I never received a confirmation email, my status still says processing. The website says to contact you if I have not received any updates after 24 hours. ITS BEEN 2 DAYS! I tried using the online chat MULTIPLE times both on the app abs Facebook, but no reply! I tried calling ALL OF YOUR NUMBERS EVEN THE INTERNATIONAL ONES and IT KEEPS CANCELLING THE CALLS. I got through one of the phone numbers BUT IT HANGS UP ON ME SAYING YOU ARE HELPING THOSE WITH FLIGHTS BEFORE. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so angry, it is so hard to reach this company. I will take further action and contact my attorney if this matter isn't resolved soon. I also have all the screenshots and calls recorded.
