Booking refund ID [protected]

Dear edreams I have booked a ticket from Doha to Porto (booking reference ID: [protected]) one way for 2 persons. After I booked I realized I did a mistake and canceled within less than 30 minutes of the booking. I have booked a fully refundable ticket and as I understand, cancelling within 24hrs of the booking or less should be easy and straight forward. The status of my cancellation is stuck on "processing" in your app and hasn't even been sent to the airline. This is so frustrating since 6 days have already passed and I really need the refund. I cannot seem to find a way to speak with a human and would really appreciate your help in expediting the refund process. email: [protected]@googlemail.com
