Update by user Jan 18, 2018 Finally called front desk. They said call center is fully staffed and dont hang up as they handle 3000 calls. After another 39 minute wait i finally was able to book. Operator was very nice and apologized for my wait. Original review posted by user Jan 18, 2018 Over the past two days i have been on hold for over a total120 plus minutes during several calls at differnt times of day. I did manage to leave a message last evening but have not received a call back. I called the main nimber today and again was transferred to hold. “Please continue to hold for the next available operator”. “Please continue to hold. Your call is extremely important to us”. Are there really that nany calls and so few operatirs? Thus happened last year too but was not as long of a hold. I was given a second number to try but all the numbers i call have the sane result. Is there an easier way to get through.
