We booked a reservation over another ago for a condo. We we arrived on said date what we booked the owner was no where to be found. Vrbo didn't have the right contact number for the place and the owner would not answer the messages sent on the app. I called customer service and sat on hold for 2 hours and counting as I'm still on hold. They won't refund the 500 dollars I paid for the place and are basically telling me I have to wait til they find me a place to stay at the rate I paid. Mean while I'm over 3 hours from home, have 2 children with me and no place to stay for the night and it's 6pm. The customer service is awful User's recommendation: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE.
