I've had problems with two masseurs I've booked with on this site. The first one was Pablo in Denver who was excellent, but late on two occasions. The last time I booked with him he wrote to me two hours before the scheduled massage to cancel it. And today I had a massage booked with Nando in San Francisco. He also cancelled two hours before the scheduled time. I would never do that from my side unless it was an emergency. This is very poor business practice; I'd like to know why they advertise their service if they don't want to provide it.
