This hotel does not share their true rules online on Expedia / Booking, when you arrive you will find weird fees and rules. Some of these rules include not letting anyone enter the building (we rented a 2-bedroom apartment that can fit 6 people, only 2 of us checked in on first day, with remaining 2 arriving the following day). They requested our friends to pay extra even though they just came to say hi and eat dinner, and did not intend to stay or use any facilities. Even when we agreed to pay, they requested their passports - our friends live in Playa and don't just walk around with their passports. Our guests were insulted in public in front of other hotel guests and ordered to leave the building. Hotel employees were ignoranf, selfish, rude and extremely disrespectful.
