5 years after I bought my 2016 x3 they tell me they no longer support online access. Seems like a little thing. My navigation doesn't work any more, voice access is severely limited. One of the original features I really liked was the navigation and online access. Paid extra for it. Now, I just get oh too bad. They keep sending me ads to buy another one. That's crap. I won't ever buy another one. This is my fourth bmw, and my last. User's recommendation: Their customer service is poor anyway. Once it was out of warranty it really became crap.
