Customer service lady named Tracie told me to contact Bluecare express about the matter but they don't have a phone number to contact them. She would not tell me her employee ID number nor would she tell me her department phone number. They offered 0 help I finding my item that was delivered by an Amazon delivery driver operating out of an Amazon delivery truck delivering an item I purchased from an Amazon drop shipper operating on eBay drop shipping through Amazon. All this feels like a huge scam that has left me ripped off. All I can think about now is revenge and what I'm going to do to the delivery driver for my neighborhood when I see him next User's recommendation: Bluecare express is a scam that Amazon is well aware of but won't do anything to fix.
