Blue Fish Dental neglected appropriate care to my child and falsely billed insurance
During the middle of a procedure with my daughter and just after I mention we already had someone in mind for orthodontic work Dr. Armstrong says, "Oh, we need to change the treatment plan and we're not pulling this tooth anymore because it doesn't hurt her, just filling the 2 next to it." Which after being numbed and w/nitrous I can't prove or tell for myself. That weekend my daughter started chewing on that side and had severe pain for over 24 hours. I then started receiving 'fishy' information and put offs from them and consequently took my daughter to another dentist who after examining her said he couldn't find any reason to not pull that tooth and said it really needed to be. Later I found out they were falsely filling dental work under orthodontic work to my insurance company as well as billing for services completely not performed. My insurance company is dealing with the fraud charges and I have also informed the BBB... I hope you don't take your child there.
