I cancelled the order before being shipped and had email confirmation that a refund will be processed. Now two weeks later they tell me the goods have been shipped and the refund can't be processed until they receive the goods back. I paid over $1000 including freight. Terrible contradictory and unsatisfactory service. If the goods ever arrive I sincerely hope that I do not have to pay again to freight the supplements back.
