Blocking of ability to use service without notice

Update by user May 09, 2021 My country is still blocked from using JPay services. I have to use q VPN to use any Jpay services. I never was informed of this and I mailed 3 times and left this review qnd never received any answer. I have registered as being in the Netherlands and even if it is a mistake they could have sent their dutch clients an update. They have notified me of other things in the last couple of weeks. I am so fed up with this. Original review posted by user Apr 09, 2021 So Jpay is generally bad at doing their job ( getting my mail to and from prison) it is expensive and their customerservice is a joke. But 3 weeks ago they just blocked usage of their service for my whole country ( the netherlands) with no explanation or even a reply to our complaint mails. It is utterly stupid. i love my friend I don't mind paying good money to stay in touch but for the love of all that is holy at least pretend to care about us and the service you are providing.
