Blocked to receive money

After 8 years receiving money from my husband weekly, i was blocked by WU. Filled up the form they asked and had a long email traiding providing them all information requested. Finally they tell me that after reviewing my transaction history they regret to inform me that i can no longer use their services. This happened today with WU in Philipines very nice company to their clients (ex)
