I have been using my credit card for 2 years and did not have issues at alll with the bank. In fact, they were amazing, caring, and responsive overall when it came to the service. I knew I had to submit a travel notice when preparing for my trip abroad. I wouldn’t believe I would have any issues, as I shop abroad only at reliable places. I usually pay with the card for the hotel, car rental, and other relatively big purchases. For the rest of my expenses abroad I pay with another, debit card. Just in case I submitted the travel notice and after I paid for my hotel at the reception, the receptionist said they did not receive the payment. In fact, I figured out that my card was blocked. And that was in the legitimate hotel from a major chain! I was disppointed and did not use the card for the rest of the trip even though the customer service was good again and unblocked my card immediately upon receiving the complint from me.
