Apparently Ive been blocked from my account because I didnt answer an email I thought was spam to prove Im not racist. I am in a bi-racial marriage and have friends of all colors... but my reservation was cancelled and I was blocked even after a good customer history without a chance to respond. I can get my money back in 15 days but they could take it in 1 minute flat. Im very unhappy User's recommendation: 000000.
