I had made several purchases and one day out of the blues I couldn't anymore, reason UNKNOWN, tried sending emails with zero help, sent a certified letter nothing. Mind you my method of payment has NEVER been declined, I've never ordered anything and not paid for it, I have NEVER had any issues with this company yet I can not place an order and no one provides an explanation. User's recommendation: IF YOU NEED HELP FORGET IT.
